The method is characterized in that: to begin with, based on the depth value of the OSD and user distance between user and the glasses-type 3D displayer, calculating offset between a left eye OSD picture and a right eye OSD picture, wherein the content of the left eye OSD picture is the same with the content of the right eye OSD picture; next, based on the offset, superimposing the left eye OSD picture on a left eye image and the right eye OSD picture on a right eye image; and at last, putting the left eye image which is superimposed with the left eye OSD picture and the right eye image which is superimposed with the right eye OSD picture on a screen of the glasses-type 3D displayer through the frame-interlaced, vertical-interlaced or checkerboard-interlaced 3D imaging technique, so that the user senses 3D effect of the OSD through a pair of 3D glasses which is corresponding to the glasses-type 3D displayer.
