The latex paint contains the following components by mass: 10-25 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol water solution, 9-22 parts of an organosilicon modified acrylic ester emulsion, 6.5-16 parts of silica sol, 5.5-9 parts of anatase nano-titanium dioxide, 7-16 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 13-30 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 3.5-8 parts of light calcium carbonate, 3-7 parts of ash calcium powder, 0.2-0.5 part of polyacrylic acid sodium salt, 0.27-0.67 part of polyacrylamide, 0.13-0.33 part of nucleoside 5'-thiophosphoryl amino acid ester, 0.27-0.7 part of tributyl phosphate, 0.45-1.17 parts of dimethylethanolamine, 0.1-1 part of fluorescent whitening agent, and 17-42.5 parts of water.
