Abstract

An Internet Protocol (IP) stream motion method includes: a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) obtains the corresponding information between the IP stream and the designated access network; according to the corresponding information between the IP stream and the designated access network, the access network of the IP stream is determined to be modified; the PCRF transmits the access network binding modification request of the IP stream to a Packet Data Network Gateway (PDN GW) and the request includes the information of the IP stream and the designated access network; the response returned from the PDN GW is received.
