The resource failure management method comprises: when it is detected that monitoring pre-warning occurs for a first physical resource, acquiring a first virtual resource corresponding to the first physical resource according to a resource corresponding relationship between a physical resource and a virtual resource; and giving monitoring pre-warning for the first virtual resource; when it is detected that monitoring pre-warning occurs for a second virtual resource, acquiring a second physical resource corresponding to the second virtual resource according to the resource corresponding relationship between the virtual resource and the physical resource; and giving monitoring pre-warning for the second physical resource.
