Abstract

The invention discloses a tool for locating and clamping a small enclosed frame in aircraft wall panel assembly. The tool comprises a clamping head, an air cylinder and a flange. A pressing rod, a left connecting rod and a right connecting rod are connected through a rotary shaft to be installed in the front between a left fixing arm and a right fixing arm. The other end of the left connecting rod and the other end of the right connecting rod are connected with a pushing rod. The pushing rod is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the air cylinder. An air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the upper portion of the air cylinder. A locking mechanism is installed at the front end of the upper portion of the air cylinder. A clamping device body structure is composed of the air cylinder, the flange, a left locating block, a right locating block and the clamping head. The pressing rod is driven by the left connecting rod and the right connecting rod to rotate around the rotary shaft to complete the opening motion. Forward moving of the left connecting rod, the right connecting rod and the pushing rod is completed under pushing of the piston rod of the air cylinder, and locking on the air cylinder is completed through the locking mechanism. The clamping motion is completed through the pressing rod under the driving of the left connecting rod and the right connecting rod. When the pressing rod is used for clamping the small enclosed frame, locating and clamping on the small enclosed frame are ensured through a set threshold value. A clamping device is reasonable in structure and stable in work, and greatly reduces manual operating processes.
