Abstract

According to the simulation weld holder, the pipe stack is arranged on the bracket in the rotating way, and the truncated end on the pipe stack can rotate to a plurality of positions along with the pipe stack, thereby simulating different welding positions in a high-temperature overheater, a high-temperature reheater or an economizer. Therefore, welding positions with different welding difficulty levels are selected for welding operation according to different welding levels of welders, the welding skills of different welders can be pertinently improved, and welding defects possibly caused during the direct welding of the welders on related equipment are reduced.
