Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the modified organic silicon resin, a pigment, the powder packing, 0.35-0.95 part of the dispersant, 0.05-0.15 part of the leveling agent and 2-5.4 parts of the diluent to obtain a main agent; and adding the curing agent, the defoamer, the silane coupling agent as well as remaining leveling agent, dispersant and diluent into the main agent, and dispersing, filtering and discharging.
