Abstract

The invention discloses a method and an apparatus for dynamically loading a Web page. The method comprises the steps of modularizing a JavaScript document included in a server side into a plurality of JavaScript module documents according to functions; respectively defining functions in the multiple JavaScript module documents in an interface module established on a browser side; selectively calling the functions defined in the interface module based on user demands; judging whether the JavaScript module documents corresponding to the called functions are loaded on a current page, if not, dynamically loading the JavaScript module documents, executing the called functions and returning calling results to the Web page; and if so, directly executing the called functions and returning calling results to the Web page. The method solves problems of network concurrent and slow speed when mass JavaScript documents are simultaneously introduced to the page, and realizes loading as required; and the method can improve service performance and save bandwidth.
