Abstract

An LED lamp tube comprises two light emitting tubes, an end cover and a lamp head. Each light emitting tube comprises an outer shell and a substrate. A plurality of parallel ventilation grooves are formed in the outer side of the outer shell in the axial direction. A plurality of LED light sources are arranged on the substrate. The substrate is attached to the inner side of the outer shell through heat-conducting glue. When the LED light sources work, generated heat is transmitted to the substrate first, and the substrate is adhered to the outer shell through the heat conducting glue. Consequently, heat on the substrate is transmitted onto the outer shell quickly. Due to the fact that the ventilation grooves are formed in the outer shell, the heat dissipating area is increased and air flow is favored. Consequently, heat can be taken away more quickly.
