A novel negative electrode runner suitably used for aerospace static water discharge comprises a negative electrode pole plate (1), static water discharge valves (2) and a negative electrode runner (3), wherein the negative electrode runner (3) is a groove-shaped passage on a plane of the negative electrode pole plate (1), an airflow inlet and an airflow outlet are respectively formed in two sides, parallel to each other, of the negative electrode pole plate (1), an air inlet and an air outlet communicate with each other by the negative electrode runner (3), the static water discharge valves (2) are arranged on a side wall of the negative electrode runner (3) and swing under circuit control, the materials of the static water discharge valves (2) are hydrophilic materials, and a proton exchange membrane of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell covers one side, where the negative electrode runner (3) is formed, of the negative electrode pole plate (1). The novel negative electrode runner is favorable for static water discharge, a membrane water logging phenomenon caused by long-term working of the fuel cell is improved, and the performance of the fuel cell is improved.
