Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for testing friction torque of a bearing under actual working conditions. The testing device comprises a force measuring system, a pretightening force applying device, a timing system device, a velocity measuring system, a test platform, a data acquisition system and a processing device, wherein the test platform comprises a flotation platform and a rotating device which is fixedly connected with the flotation platform; the velocity measuring system and the timing system device are both located on the flotation platform surface; the pretightening force applying device is fixed on the flotation platform surface; the tested bearing is installed in the pretightening force applying device; a test end of the force measuring system acts on the pretightening force applying device; a test result output end of the force measuring system is connected with the data acquisition system and the processing device. The device and the method for the testing friction torque solve the technical problem that the conventional bearing friction torque test instrument cannot sufficiently simulate the friction torque of the bearing under the actual working conditions.
