The intelligent home terminal with the double layers of circuit boards comprises a central controller arranged on one circuit board, an internal storage module, a display card and a connector, wherein the internal storage module, the display card and the connector are arranged on one circuit board and connected to the central controller. The intelligent home terminal further comprises an operation system, a video play module and a picture play module. The number of the circuit boards is two, and the two circuit boards comprise the first PCB and the second PCB which are respectively a rectangular PCB. The connector comprises an HDMI for transmitting audio-video data. The HDMI is connected to the first PCB or the second PCB. The first PCB is provided with cable sockets; the second PCB is provided with cable plugs; by inserting the cable plugs of the second PCB into the cable sockets of the first PCB, data exchange between the first PCB and the second PCB is achieved and the first PCB and the second PCB are vertically fixed. The first PCB and the second PCB in the intelligent home terminal are vertically fixed and transmit data by connecting the cable sockets and the cable plugs, and the size of the intelligent home terminal is greatly reduced due to the arrangement of the double layers of circuit boards.
