[0004] However, there are currently no technical standards or quality control documents related to prestressed cement slurry in China, and European standards or French standards are usually directly quoted
Moreover, there is no domestic standard for the preparation of prestressed cement slurry, so the physical and chemical properties of the prepared thixotropic slurry vary greatly, which affects the needs of construction.

Abstract
The invention discloses thixotropic cement paste for prestressed pipe grouting. The cement paste consists of the following components in parts by weight: 800-1200 parts of cement, 280-330 parts of water, 15-25 parts of water reducing agent, 3-10 parts of retarder and 2-15 parts of thixotropic agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the water and the water reducing agent in a stirrer and stirring for 15 seconds; (2) adding the cement while stirring, than stirring for 5 minutes, wherein the temperature is 18-26 DEG C and the fluidity is 11-14 seconds; (3) standing the cement paste for 45 minutes; (4) adding the retarder into the cement paste and stirring for 2 minutes to prepare retarding paste, wherein the fluidity is 10-14 seconds; (5) transporting the retarding paste to a mixing plant and detecting the fluidity; and (6) adding the thixotropic agent when the fluidity is 12.5-13.5 seconds, stirring for 15 seconds, thus obtaining thixotropic paste, wherein the viscosity is controlled to be 900-1200cN.cm. The thixotropic paste has the characteristics of small volume change, high rupture strength, high compressive strength and small shrinkage, and various technical requirements for paste for grouting of prestressed horizontal pipelines and Gamma pipelines in a containment of a nuclear island of a nuclear power station can be met.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a thixotropic cement slurry for prestressed pipeline grouting and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The inner containment of the nuclear island of the EPR nuclear power plant adopts post-tensioning prestressed concrete construction technology. After the construction of the inner containment concrete is completed, steel strands are threaded and stretched in the reserved prestressed pipes, and then the pipes are filled with cement slurry. It is used to protect the steel strand from being corroded by the outside world. [0003] The cement slurry mentioned here is divided into two types, one is retarded slurry and the other is thixotropic slurry. The retarded grout is used for the grouting of vertical pipes, and the thixotropic grout is used for the grouting of horizontal pipes and gamma pipes. [0004] However, there are currently no technical ...
