Non-phase-change rapid softening treatment on the steel wire rod of which the deformation is 5-10% after cold drawing deformation treatment comprises a spheroidizing procedure and a cooling treatment procedure, wherein the heating temperature is 650-700 DEG C and the heating and heat preservation time is 20-60 minutes in the spheroidizing procedure. By adopting the technology disclosed by the invention, a globular pearlite tissue with small deformation resistance is supplied for subsequent cold heading deformation. Compared with the traditional spheroidizing annealing before cold heading in manufacturing of the fastener, the technology disclosed by the invention has the effects that the spheroidizing annealing time is obviously shortened, the production efficiency is improved, and energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
