Abstract

The invention relates to a heat treatment technique for spheroidization annealing of GCr15 bearing steel and particularly relates to a heat treatment technique which reduces the treatment time of spheroidization annealing of GCr15 bearing steel and improves the spheroidization rate and the distribution uniformity of carbide. The heat treatment technique for spheroidization annealing of GCr15 bearing steel comprises: (1) raising the temperature of rolled GCr15 bearing steel products to 700 to 720 DEG C through rapid induction heating at a speed of 5 to 15 DEG C per second, maintaining the temperature for 5 to 10 minutes, and then air-cooling the steel products; and (2) putting the cooled steel products into a spheroidization annealing furnace for spheroidization annealing, increasing the temperature of the steel products along with that of the furnace to 780 DEG C and maintaining the temperature for 40 minutes, cooling the steel products to 700 DEG C at a speed of 20 DEG C per hour, and taking the steel products out of the furnace for air-cooling. The technique provided by the invention can reduce the treatment time of spheroidization annealing of GCr15 bearing steel, can improve the spheroidization rate and the distribution uniformity of carbide, and substantially meets the requirements of users and China's national standards.
