Cast iron products obtained by adopting the smelting method disclosed by the invention obtain normal-temperature mechanical property and low-temperature mechanical property under the cast state conditions; complex medium-thin wall parts are required to be subjected to low-temperature stress relief annealing; and simple medium-thin wall parts are free from being annealed, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, the production period is greatly shortened and the production efficiency is increased.

The treated steel wire has the grain size of more than or equal to 10 grades, the grains are uniform, the nodulizing grade is more than or equal to 5, the nodulizing rate is high, the pearlite is uniform in distribution, and the wire rod does not have abnormal tissues, has high plastic deformation capacity and is suitable for subsequent plastic forming, and the wire rod with excellent size and surface is obtained.
