The intelligent electric gateway is connected with a plurality of energy meters and conducts communication with the background management system. The background management system comprises an intelligent electric gateway interface, a meter reading foreground, a database system and an integrated application platform. The intelligent electric gateway interface is used for completing interface connection operation of the intelligent electric gateway so as to collect basic electric energy information on the energy meters; the meter reading foreground is used for completing data collecting of the intelligent electric gateway; the database system comprises an in-memory database, a historical database and a basic resource database so as to conduct classifying and grading storage on data; the integrated application platform is used for conducting managing, analyzing and processing on data inside the database system.
