Abstract

The invention discloses a mouse myopia model, and an inducing device and an inducing method thereof. The inducing device is formed by a screw suite and a myopia headstock, the screw suite comprises a screw, a gasket and a nut and is sutured at the top of the head of a mouse to serve as a first supporting point to fix the myopia headstock, the myopia headstock has plasticity and is formed by a kidney hole, a connecting rod, a lens frame and a nose pad, the kidney hole is used for being fixed with the screw and slight adjustment of horizontal distance, the lens frame is used for fixing a lens and can be adjusted according to the eyeball position of the mouse, the nose pad is fixed on the nose to serve as a second supporting point to reinforce the myopia headstock, and the connecting rod connects the kidney hole, the lens frame and the nose pad. Compared with the prior art, the inducing device has the advantages that the inducing device is small in operative wound, high in overall performance, stable, safe and reliable; the inducing device is of noncontact design, thereby being free of influences on physiological habits of the mouse and beneficial to repeated operation and measuring; the inducing device is easy to acquire in materials and low in cost.
