Abstract

The invention discloses a Helleborus thibetanus extract, a separation method of effective components in the Helleborus thibetanus extract and compounds obtained by the separation method. The Helleborus thibetanus extract is obtained by the following steps: respectively extracting a Helleborus thibetanus medicinal material by the use of 95% ethanol and 50% ethanol which account for 6-8 times the weight of the Helleborus thibetanus medicinal material for 2-4 times, merging extracts, condensing and drying, adding water for dispersion, successively carrying out extraction by the use of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, condensing an ethyl acetate extract, and drying. It is found through an experimental research that the ethyl acetate extraction part in the ethanol extract of the Helleborus thibetanus extract has good pain-suppressing and anti-inflammatory effects, and the ethyl acetate extraction part can be used in the preparation of an anti-inflammatory and pain-suppressing medicine; and 17 compounds are obtained by separation of the ethyl acetate extraction part, wherein two compounds are new compounds and 12 compounds are firstly obtained by separation of Helleborus thibetanus. The invention lays a foundation for establishing content determination items of the Helleborus thibetanus medicinal material and a medicinal preparation containing Helleborus thibetanus, is beneficial to raising quality standard and quality controllability of the Helleborus thibetanus medicinal material and lays a foundation for further development and utilization of Helleborus thibetanus.
