Abstract

The invention provides an oil paper insulation breakdown intensity test apparatus. An oil gap width and an oil paper proportion are adjustable when an electrode device is used, and a related test method is provided. The test apparatus comprises a high voltage portion, a low voltage portion a paper plate adjusting portion. The apparatus simplifies the tedious steps of distance and proportion adjusting in a conventional oil paper insulation test, can flexibly and conveniently adjust the oil gap width and the oil paper proportion, is applied to an overvoltage resistance contrast test in DC, AC and AC/DC composite electric fields, and provides an innovative operation concept and a good test base for oil paper testing.
