Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a communication method and device, and relates to the communication field. Data communication is conducted based on priorities of services, occupation of wireless communication resources of a macro base station is reduced by effectively utilizing a fixed micro base station, and system network capacity is improved. The method comprises the following steps: a mobile micro base station detects whether the fixed micro base station which supports wireless data communication with the mobile micro base station exists, receives a service request for transmitting a service sent by user equipment at the same time, and acquires the priority of the service which the user equipment requests to be transmitted; if the priority of the service which the user equipment requests to be transmitted is the top priority, the macro base station is used for transmitting data of the service to the user equipment; if the priority of the service which the user equipment requests to be transmitted is not the top priority, uplink data of the service are cached into a data-caching stack corresponding to the priority of the service and preset in the mobile micro base station, and the data of the service are transmitted to the user equipment through the fixed micro base station or the macro base station according to a preset strategy.
