The compact double-buffering-piston rapid executing mechanism is characterized by further comprising a buffer plunger, a first buffer shaft sleeve, a second buffer shaft sleeve and a lower plunger type push rod; the first buffer shaft sleeve is arranged on one side of the cylinder block and connected with the upper cylinder cover through a bolt; the outer side of the buffer plunger is provided with a first cylindrical step which is in sliding fit with an inner round cavity of the first buffer shaft sleeve; the lower plunger type push rod is arranged on the other side of the piston and sleeved with the second buffer shaft sleeve, and the end portion, close to one side of the piston, of the second buffer shaft sleeve is provided with a second cylindrical step; the second cylindrical step is in sliding fit with the inner round wall of the second buffer shaft sleeve.
