Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring a corrosion condition of an inner-layer tank wall of a smelting part of glass tank furnace at a thermal state. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking off a breast wall and a hook brick above the inner-layer tank wall at the thermal state of the smelting part of the tank furnace; and measuring the height and the thickness of a corrosion part of the inner-layer tank wall by using a stainless steel rod folded into a needed angle so as to determine the corrosion condition of the inner-layer tank wall. With the adoption of the method, the corrosion condition of the inner-layer tank wall under a liquid level line can be found and processed timely and accurately and a major safety accident of running off glass metal is avoided.
