Abstract

The invention discloses an additional emergency control method for security and stability of a large power grid. During the large-scale power system fault process, additional emergency control in security and stability control decision is realized by a regional projection energy function method, thus making additional control of a regional power grid possible when a power system breaks down and raising power system analysis efficiency and security of the power system. According to the method, a multidimensional generator angle system is projected to a rotary one-dimensional axis system, a projection kinetic energy curve which represents motion of the system generator is extracted, and the minimum projection kinetic energy capable of representing instability degree of the power system is calculated, thus providing an important basis for emergency control of the power system. By the method, false fault continuous trajectory integration process of a previous mixed algorithm is avoided; stable level and safety margin of transient stability of various sampling states can be quantitatively provided; and the requirement on real-time performance of power system information is satisfied.
