An acquisition module is used for acquiring fingerprint information when the mobile terminal enters a login interface of the mobile application. Meanwhile, an obtaining module is used for obtaining the name of the mobile application. A query module is used for querying the preset mobile application name which matches the name in the matching database. a matching module is used for matching the fingerprint information with preset fingerprint information corresponding to the name. If the match is successful, a login module is invoked; otherwise, the acquisition module is invoked. The login module is used for obtaining the password corresponding to the name and making the mobile application login with the password. The mobile application login method provided by the invention is simple to operate and can be adopted to effectively protect privacy of users.
