Embodiment 1

[0027] Example 1 (1) Fe 3 o 4 Preparation of MNPs:

[0028] Pipette 150mL of secondary water into a 250mL three-necked flask, blow in nitrogen gas, and heat the solution to 40°C. Weigh 0.397g FeCl 2 4H 2 O and 0.541 g FeCl 3 ·6H 2 O, added to the aqueous solution, mechanically stirred and mixed evenly, and concentrated ammonia water (1.5mol / L) was added at the same time until the pH of the solution was 10. Heat the solution to 80°C, react for 30 minutes, cool to room temperature, and separate with a strong magnet to obtain Fe 3 o 4 MNPs were washed three times with secondary water and 1.17 mg / L sodium chloride solution until the washing solution was neutral. will get Fe 3 o 4 MNPs were dried in a vacuum oven at 60 °C.

[0029] from image 3 Fe can be seen in 3 o 4 The MNPs are uniformly dispersed, the particle shape is close to spherical, and the particle size is 23nm.

[0030] (2) CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 Preparation of MNPs:

[0031] 0.1gFe 3 o 4 MNPs were dissol...

Embodiment 2

[0034] Example 2CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 Inclusion of MNPs to Diuron

[0035] Diuron was dissolved in a mixture of ethanol and water (volume ratio 1:1) to obtain a stock solution of diuron (5.0 mM). In a 5mL volumetric flask, accurately weigh 25mg of CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 Put MNPs into a 5mL volumetric flask, then add different volumes of diuron (100μL, 150μL, 500μL, 1.0mL, 1.2mL, 1.5mL, 1.8mL, 2.0mL) and dilute to the mark with distilled water. The above solution was ultrasonicated for 5 hours, the reaction was completed, and separated by magnetic separation after standing still. After properly diluting the centrifuged sample solution, measure the amount of Diuron by UV-Vis spectrophotometry at 254nm to determine the carboxymethyl-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 Inclusion amount of MNPs to Diuron.

[0036] from Figure 4 , it can be seen that CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 Inclusion of Diuron by MNPs. As the concentration of diuron increased, CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 The inclusion amount of MNPs also increased grad...

Embodiment 3

[0037] Example 3CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 Preparation of MNPs-Diuron

[0038] 0.5g CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 MNPs were dissolved in 100 mL of secondary water, and ultrasonically oscillated for 1 hour until the nanoparticles were dissolved. 25 mg of diuron was added to the above solution, and the ultrasonic vibration was continued for 8 hours, and the reaction was completed. Separation was carried out with a strong magnet, and the obtained CM-β-CD-Fe3O4MNPs-diuron was dried in a vacuum oven at 50°C.

[0039] from image 3 It can be seen in CM-β-CD-Fe 3 o 4 MNPs-diuron particle size is 25nm, and Fe 3 o 4 The particle size of MNPs is similar, the grafting of CM-β-CD and the inclusion process of Diuron did not cause the clustering of CM-β-CD-Fe3O4MNPs-Diuron.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of nano pesticide carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4-magnetic nano-diuron, the nano pesticide is a clathrate compound prepared from carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4-magnetic nanoparticles as a subject and object diuron by Van der Waals force, electrostatic attraction and the like. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) show that carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin is successfully grafted onto the surface of the Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. Transmission electron microscopy analysis shows that the average particle size of the nano pesticide is 25 nm. The adsorption of the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4-magnetic nanoparticles on the diuron is in line with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption curve. The new pesticide is good in water solubility and good in biocompatibility, has a slow release function, improves the pesticide utilization rate, extends pesticide efficacy preserving period, reduces the application amount and frequency, can be recycled, and reduces the harm of the pesticide on the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the preparation of a novel nano-pesticide, which specifically belongs to carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin-Fe 3 o 4 Nanopesticide carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin-Fe as a composite of nanomaterials and diuron 3 o 4 The preparation method of magnetic nano-diuron. Background technique [0002] In the past two decades, due to the development of agricultural mechanization, the use of chemical pesticides has increased significantly. The use of chemical pesticides effectively controls the impact of harmful insects, weeds and other harmful organisms on crops. However, due to the residue, persistence and toxicity of chemical pesticides, the widespread use of these pesticides has caused great threats to the environment, such as soil pollution, pollution of surface water and groundwater, etc. [0003] Nanomaterials have thermal stability, biocompatibility and good solubility, etc. These properties are very important for the design an...
