Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of a monodispersed alkali lignin molecular liquid. The liquid alkali lignin molecular liquid is produced by adopting techniques of dissolving the lignin with alkali; precipitating silicon with carbon dioxide, removing impurities with calcium oxide, purifying by a nano-filtration membrane, thickening by reverse osmosis and catalytic cracking. The alkali lignin molecular liquid has high activity and no agglomeration, can be directly used as a reactant to participate in in-situ polymerization during a production process of polymer materials such as a urea resin, a phenolic resin and an epoxy resin. Artificial board adhesive prepared by using the lignin to replace 30-70 wt% of fossil raw materials still meets a standard GB / T14732-2006 (adhesive for wood processing) and meet strength requirements of type I plywood regulated in the standard GB / T14732-2006. The method and the application provided by the invention thoroughly overcome disadvantages of an alkali dissolution and acid precipitation method in a studying process of preparing and applying the lignin. Acid precipitation enables the lignin aggregating in particles state, greatly reducing the activity of the lignin, so that the lignin can only be used as an additive in the polymer materials. In the polymerization, the lignin prepared by the method is used as the reactant while the lignin prepared by the alkali dissolution and acid precipitation method is used as the additive, thereby being different completely in nature.
