Embodiment 1

[0052] see figure 1 , which is a flow chart of Embodiment 1 of the flue gas temperature regulation method provided by the present invention.

[0053] The flue gas temperature regulation method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:

[0054] S101: receiving the boiler load signal as a feed-forward signal;

[0055] It should be noted that the boiler load signal is generally obtained directly by the boiler control system, and the boiler control system sends the boiler load signal to the corresponding controller of the flue gas waste heat utilization device.

[0056] In this embodiment, the boiler load signal is used as the feed-forward signal, because the size of the boiler unit is different, the operating load is different, the operating conditions of the boiler are also different, and the corresponding flue gas temperature and water volume are also different. For example, the units of the boiler may be 200MW units, 300MW units or 600MW units.

Embodiment 2

[0067] see figure 2 , which is a flow chart of Embodiment 2 of the flue gas temperature regulation method provided by the present invention.

[0068] S201 is the same as S101 and will not be repeated here.

[0069] S202: Receive the inlet flue gas temperature signal and the outlet flue gas temperature signal of the flue gas waste heat utilization device;

[0070] S203 is the same as S102 and will not be repeated here.

[0071] It should be noted that S203 and S202 are not in sequence.

[0072] S204: Generate an adjustment signal from the boiler load signal, the turbidity signal at the outlet of the dust collector, the inlet flue gas temperature and the outlet flue gas temperature signal of the flue gas waste heat utilization device;

[0073] In some devices, the adjustment of water volume is realized through electric regulating valves, and in some devices, the adjustment of water volume is realized through frequency conversion booster pumps.

Abstract

The invention provides a flue gas temperature adjusting method, device and system. The method comprises the steps of receiving a boiler load signal to be used as a feedforward signal, receiving a turbidity signal of an outlet of a dust remover to be used as a feedback signal, generating an adjusting signal according to the feedforward signal and the feedback signal, and adjusting the water amount of a heat exchange loop and the operation mode and the parameter of dust remover control equipment through the adjusting signal. The water amount on the heat exchange loop and the temperature of flue gas are adjusted according to the adjusting signal, and meanwhile the operation mode and the parameter of the dust remover control equipment are adjusted according to the adjusting signal. The flue gas temperature of an inlet of the dust remover can directly influence the working efficiency of the dust remover, and thus the flue gas temperature of the inlet of the dust remover can not be too high. In order to achieve environment-friendly emission reduction, the turbidity of the outlet of the dust remover further needs to be limited, and the turbidity of the outlet of the dust remover is used as highest priority feedback information for conducting closed-loop control. The working state of a flue gas waste heat utilization device is considered, and the working state of the dust remover is also considered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of energy saving and environmental protection control, in particular to a flue gas temperature adjustment method, device and system. Background technique [0002] In the existing technology, the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler in the thermal power plant is as high as 130°C-150°C due to the deviation between the actual coal combustion and the designed coal type, and the aging of the unit; Gas waste heat utilization device (also known as low-temperature economizer). [0003] The flue gas waste heat utilization device only considers the recovery of flue gas waste heat, but does not consider the impact on the downstream dust collector. If the temperature of the flue gas at the inlet of the dust collector is too high, the specific resistance of the fly ash in the dust collector is 10 11 ~10 12 Between Ω·cm; this is prone to severe spark discharge, back corona and other unfavorable working conditions, and...
