Abstract

The invention discloses a hotel self-service check-in and check-out system. The hotel self-service check-in and check-out system comprises an electronic door lock module, a room management module and a management server, wherein the electronic door lock module and the room management module are arranged correspondingly, the management server is used for receiving room reservation applications and generating secret keys, the electronic door lock module is used for inputting the secret keys and achieving unlocking, and the room management module is used for analyzing the secret keys and providing RF (radio frequency) cards. The electronic door lock module and the management server are of the same encryption and decryption mode, and by analyzing the check-in information of clients through the secret keys, automatic management of check-in and check-out of the clients can be achieved without any manual operation. Besides, the invention also discloses a hotel self-service check-in and check-out method. According to the method, the clients can reserve rooms through the management server of a hotel and receive the secret keys and then open doors by input the secret keys to achieve check-in with no need for check-in at the reception of the hotel, so that client operation can be facilitated and high operation efficiency can be achieved.
