Abstract

The method and device solve the problems that the conventional acupuncture point positioning method requires applying voltage to human body and the conventional acupuncture point positioning device is not suitable for realizing accurate positioning to areas where acupuncture points are dense. The method comprises the steps of collecting images of areas to be positioned, selecting an area to be positioned and reading a corresponding local acupuncture point diagram from an acupuncture point database according to the area, obtaining a skeleton diagram and comparing the skeleton diagram with the local acupuncture point diagram, so as to obtain a fitting image, selecting a positioned acupuncture point, and controlling a laser designator to emit indicating laser beam to a part to be positioned according to the position of the positioned acupuncture point in the fitting image. In the positioning device, the position of a part to be tested is fixed through a bracket, and the image is collected and the indicating laser beam is emitted to be projected to an ear corresponding acupuncture point through image collection and acupuncture point indicating devices.
