Abstract

The invention provides a whole-process air handling unit and a control method thereof. The air handling unit comprises an air inlet filtering section, a rotationally-started heat-exchange functional section, a fan flow-equalizing section and a muffling air supply section which are connected in sequence. The air inlet filtering section is provided with a fresh air inlet and a return air inlet. The fresh air inlet is perpendicular to the return air inlet in terms of air direction. The muffling air supply section is provided with a supply air outlet positioned on the same center line of the return air inlet. A fresh air valve, a return air valve and a supply air valve are arranged at the fresh air inlet, the return air inlet and the supply air outlet respectively. The rotationally-started heat-exchange functional section is provided with a rotationally-started heat-exchange integrated device. The fan flow-equalizing section is provided with a fan. The whole-process air handling unit further comprises a control device used for controlling rotation of the rotationally-started heat-exchange integrated device and the opening of the valves. The whole-process air handling unit can meet requirements on energy conservation and environment protection, fully utilize a fan power system thereof and serve as an accident ventilation or smoke exhaust system.
