Abstract

The invention provides an automatic inspection method and a device on a production line. The method and the device are advantaged in that after workers being responsible for assembling assemble products into finished products, the finished products are put on a detection conveyer belt smoothly, and then the device accesses full-automatic detection and screening process. The detection conveyer belt driven by a servo motor can move the finished products by accurate and stable velocity, so that the detection can accurately detect the moving finished products. Improper defective products after screening are automatically pushed out of the conveyer belt by an eliminating device. Therefore, detection and screening operation in a later segment does not need workers. Therefore, the device can complete same operation by configuring a single worker, so as to achieve advantages of saving manpower.
