Problems solved by technology

Due to the large amount of noise in the signal obtained during the acquisition process, the transient components of the signal to be detected will also be polluted by noise. The detection of transient features in a strong noise background has always been a difficult problem in signal detection.
[0003] Among them, the most common transient component detection method is to directly judge whether there is a transient component in the time domain signal, but because the transient component in the signal is often mixed with a lot of noise, the accuracy of the process of directly detecting the transient component in the signal Low efficiency and low efficiency; Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD for short) is a common method to analyze the components contained in the signal
EMD decomposes the signal into multiple eigenmode functions according to the time scale characteristics of the signal itself, and obtains the local characteristics of the original signal at different time scales, which has strong adaptability. However, EMD decomposition is prone to false components and mode aliasing. Affects the judgment of transient components in the signal; and the analysis effect on low signal-to-noise ratio signals is weak

Embodiment 1

[0143] Embodiment 1: A gear broken tooth fault detection

[0144] If a tooth of the gear breaks, there will be a transient impact component in the vibration signal, and the transient impact component will be loaded in the noise and the meshing frequency of the gear. Signal detection is required to clearly indicate the fault characteristics.

[0145] The test object is the detection of the third-gear meshing gear failure of an automobile transmission, which can be referred to together image 3 , image 3 It is a schematic diagram of the internal transmission structure of the gear box in the first embodiment. It can be understood that, during the test, a piezoelectric acceleration sensor is installed on the casing of the transmission to pick up vibration acceleration signals. The vibration acceleration signal is collected and stored by the computer after passing through the piezoelectric acceleration sensor and the charge amplifier.

[0146] Refer to Table 1, Table 1 shows th...

Embodiment 2

[0154] Embodiment 2: Detection of local weak fault features of a bearing

[0155] The outer ring, inner ring and rolling elements of bearings are the main parts of bearing faults. Minor local faults (such as local spalling, corrosion, etc.) in these parts often lead to transient shocks in bearing vibration. When a bearing at a constant speed fails, its vibration signal appears as a periodic transient shock response component. However, due to the short duration of vibration caused by local faults, and the transient impact is often mixed in strong background noise, when a slight fault occurs, the energy of the time domain signal does not increase significantly, and the frequency band in the frequency domain is wide, which is not easy detection.

[0156] The test object is the NJ208 (TMB) cylindrical roller bearing. The 0.2mm through-crack faults are set on the outer ring, inner ring and rolling elements of the bearing by wire cutting, and the minor faults in each part of the be...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for detecting transient components in a signal based on sparse representation. The method and device are used for detecting and extracting the transient components in the signal. Results show that the method and device are simple and low in noise sensitivity. The method comprises the steps that analog-to-digital conversion is conducted on an input signal, so that a detected signal is obtained; the optimal wavelet basis of the detected signal is worked out; the optimal wavelet basis is expanded, and an optimal wavelet atom library is constructed; based on the optimal wavelet atom library, an optimization equation is solved through a split and augmentation Lagrange shrinkage algorithm, and the sparse representation coefficient of the detected signal on the optimal wavelet atom library is determined; a threshold value of the sparse representation coefficient is obtained, and the characteristic sparse representation coefficient is obtained; according to the characteristic sparse representation coefficient, the time of occurrence of the transient components in the detected signal is determined; according to the time of occurrence of the transient components in the detected signal, the period of the transient components in the detected signal is determined.
