Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrodesulfurization method of inferior gasoline. The method comprises the following steps: (1) performing heat exchange of inferior gasoline with hydrodesulfurization reaction effluent, then mixing the inferior gasoline with thermal loaded oil, performing a pretreatment reaction in a fluidized bed reactor; (2) allowing the pretreatment effluent to enter a gasoline hydrodesulfurization reactor; (3) allowing the hydrodesulfurization reaction effluent to enter a high temperature low pressure separator for separation; (4) allowing the gas obtained in the high temperature low pressure separator to enter a low temperature low pressure separator for separation so as to obtain a gasoline product or a gasoline blending component; (5) returning the liquid obtained in the high temperature low pressure separation to step (1) to be used as thermal loaded oil. The method of the invention greatly prolongs the running period of the inferior gasoline device.
