Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for converting CAN (controller area network) files into Excel files. The method includes the following steps: extracting key data from the CAN files, wherein the key data include all CAN message parameters and definitions and attribute parameters of all CAN signals in each CAN message; acquiring predefined configuration files; generating the Excel files of the CAN data according to the key data and the configuration files. The embodiment of the invention further discloses a device for converting the CAN files into the Excel files. By the method and the device, the CAN files can be converted into the Excel files automatically, labor and cost are saved, and work efficiency is improved.
