The controller comprises a phase current selecting unit, a direct-current voltage adjuster, a phase current adjuster and a PWM generator. The controller obtains the current position of a rotor, direct-current voltages and phase current information according to three channels of input signals, six channels of control signals are output, connecting and disconnecting of the six full-control-type switch elements of the rectifier are controlled, energy storing and releasing in an inner inductor of the motor winding are controlled to stabilize direct-current voltages.
