The flow velocity meter interface circuit is connected with a flow velocity meter and is used for transmitting velocity signals measured by the flow velocity meter to the microprocessor; the microprocessor is used for receiving and processing velocity signals and carries out processing; the memory circuit is used for storing data of the velocity signals processed by the microprocessor; the electronic compass interface circuit is used for receiving and storing data of direction signals.
