The invention discloses a light modulation circuit that is applied to a light fixture and is used for carrying out light modulation control on the light source of the light fixture. The light modulation circuit consists of a power input circuit, a touch switch, a PWM control circuit and a first switch tube. The power input circuit is connected to an external commercial power, so that the external commercial power is converted into a direct-current voltage; and the touch switch is connected to the PWM control circuit. The PWM control circuit is also connected to a control terminal of the first switch tube; a first terminal of the first switch tube is connected to the power input circuit to receive a direct-current voltage; and a second terminal of the first switch tube is connected to the light source. When conduction of the touch switch exceeds preset time, the PWM control circuit continuously outputs PWM signals with changed duty ratios to the control terminal of the first switch to control the turning on and off time of the first switch tube, thereby carrying light modulation controlling on the light source. According to the invention, the structure of the circuit is simple; the cost is low; and the energy wasting is reduced. The light modulation circuit can be applied to low-power illumination light fixtures in various environments. Besides, the invention also discloses a light fixture with the light modulation circuit.
