Abstract

The invention relates to a circuit device. The circuit device is used for connecting a plurality of storage battery units and outputting an adjustable total current of a plurality of the storage battery units from an output terminal of the circuit device. Th circuit device comprises a shunt circuit of a plurality of current paths connected to the output terminal. The storage battery units are connected in the plurality of the current paths. A plurality of switch devices are in series connection in each of the current paths. At least one switch devices is used for selectively incorporating the storage unit to be connected in the input terminal of the plurality of the storage battery units into one part of the corresponding current path or alternatively allowing the part of the current path to be a short circuit. At least one first switch device of a plurality of the switch devices in each current path is configured to an adjustable DC / DC-conversion device based on rated current set value of the corresponding current path or to have adjustable DC / DC-conversion device. The invention also relates to a method of adjusting the current outputting through the output terminal of the circuit device.
