Method and device for quickly replacing oil gas pipe section

The invention relates to a method and a device for quickly replacing an oil gas pipe section. The method comprises the steps of measuring the pipe section accurately on line by laser, performing data-graph transformation, prefabricating the pipeline accurately off line, and replacing the pipe section quickly on site. The pipe section to be replaced does not need to be disassembled on site in advance; the pipeline can normally operate all the time before the pipe section is replaced; and production is not stopped. The space geometric morphology data of the replaced pipe section is measured accurate by a laser overall meter and a measuring maker, so that the data of the replaced pipe section is acquired, and on-line, quick and accurate measurement of the pipe section is realized. The measuring data of the pipe section is transformed into a replacing pipe section welding technical graph by special data-image processing software. Off-line accurate prefabrication of the replacing pipe is finished by the obtained replacing pipe section welding technical graph and a special replacing pipe section welding device. The pipe section is replaced quickly and safely by the prefabricated pipe section on the pipeline maintaining site and under the condition that production is stopped for a short time.

By means of cooperation of a pole operator and a ground operator, the insulators are replaced by indirect operations of the operators adopting ground potential, replacement operations of the insulator strings are all completed at the pole end and away from the insulator strings, and accordingly safety and high efficiency are achieved.
