The heat accumulating type combustion device comprises a combustion unit, the rotary valve and a power unit, and therefore volatile organic compounds (VOC) and harmful gases are disposed, and the combustion unit comprises an accelerant and heat storage material layer, a combustor and a separating tank. The heat accumulating type combustion device is characterized by comprising a diffusion plate and an air sealing part; wherein the diffusion plate is fastened to the lower part of the separating tank, and the upper surface, of the diffusion plate, being contacted with the separating tank is provided with a sealing hole and a sealing plate is inserted into the sealing hole; the air sealing part is arranged on the upper surface of the rotary valve under the diffusion plate and is provided with a dead zone and a purge zone, and an air feeding flow path and an air discharging flow path are divided by taking the dead zone and the purge zone as boundaries.
