The method includes following steps: acquiring a present electric quantity L and a total electric quantity M of a battery during a charging process; if the present electric quantity L is no more than a preset electric quantity threshold value C, calculating a charging time t1 of a current-constant charging stage of the battery from the present electric quantity L to the electric quantity threshold value C and a charging time t2 of a voltage-constant charging stage of the battery from the electric quantity threshold value C to the total electric quantity M; and determining a required remaining time X for completing a charging process for the battery according to the charging time t1 of the current-constant charging stage and the charging time t2 of the voltage-constant charging stage. The embodiment in the invention also discloses a device for determining the charging time and an electronic device. By means of the method, the device and the electronic device, accuracy of calculation of the charging time of battery can be increased.
