Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0020] like figure 1 As shown, the biological sample detector based on the nonlinear magnetization characteristics of magnetic beads is composed of two sets of Helmholtz coils 1 , 2 and a magnetic induction coil array 3 . Two sets of Helmholtz coils 1 and 2 generate a combined magnetic field, which acts on the magnetic beads to generate a nonlinear magnetization signal. The magnetic induction coil array 3 is used to detect nonlinear magnetization signals. The magnetic induction coil array 3 is wrapped on the sample tube array 4 with magnetic beads-biological sample molecules-probe molecular products inside, and placed on the two sets of Helmholtz coils 1, 2 in the inner space formed.

[0021] The axes of the two sets of Helmholtz coils 1 and 2 intersect vertically and are installed nestedly. Each group of Helmholtz coils is composed of two c...

Abstract

A biological sample detector based on the nonlinear magnetization characteristic of magnetic beads. The detector comprises two Helmholtz coils (1, 2) and a magnetic induction coil array (3). The axes of the two Helmholtz coils (1, 2) intersect vertically, and a combined magnetic field is produced through the interaction of the two Helmholtz coils (1, 2), and acts on the magnetic beads to generate a nonlinear magnetization signal. One of the two Helmholtz coils generates a low frequency magnetic field, and the other one of the Helmholtz coils generates a high frequency magnetic field. The magnetic induction coil array (3) is used to detect the nonlinear magnetization signal. The magnetic induction coil array (3) is wrapped around a sample tube array (4) with the inside provided with magnetic bead-biological sample molecules-probe molecule products, and is placed in an internal space formed by the Helmholtz coils (1, 2). The magnetic induction coil array (3) is composed of a plurality of solenoid coils, and the axes of the plurality of the solenoid coils parallel to each other. The axial direction of the magnetic induction coil array (3) is perpendicular to a plane formed by the axes of the two Helmholtz coils (1, 2).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a biological sample detector, in particular to a biological sample detector based on magnetic beads. Background technique [0002] Biological sample analysis generally includes sample processing and sample detection processes. The current common practice is to use different instruments or equipment to complete these two steps separately, rather than using a set of technical platforms to perform. The main reason for this is that it is difficult to find a smooth technical connection point in the sample processing and testing process, resulting in the scarcity of technical platforms that can complete sample processing and testing at the same time. The separation of processing and detection processes makes the analysis process of biological samples cumbersome, time-consuming, and costly. It may also cause erroneous analysis results due to sample contamination caused by excessive human intervention. In recent years, the research o...
