Abstract

The invention discloses a clamp insulating structure of a dry-type transformer. The structure comprises clamp insulating parts, an upper clamp and a lower clamp, wherein the clamp insulating parts are arranged on the upper clamp and the lower clamp. Each clamp insulating part comprises a web plate, a support plate and buffer pads, wherein the buffer pads and the support plate are of parallelogram structures which are matched, the buffer pads adhere to the support plate, the set of buffer pads and the support plate adhere to the web plate in a spaced mode, and the web plate is fixed to the upper clamp and the lower clamp. Due to the fact that a heat radiation air channel is formed between the upper clamp and an iron core, heat in an original heat accumulation area is effectively released, and temperature rise of the transformer is reduced. A convection air channel between the lower clamp and the iron core enables air to enter the low portion of a coil smoothly, so that air convection is formed effectively and heat dissipation of the coil is guaranteed. The buffer pads and the support plates are small, and therefore sufficient utilization of materials is facilitated and raw materials are saved greatly.
