Abstract

The present invention provides a seeding cover employing solar energy. The seeding cover is capable of adjusting the inner temperature through simple structure in a condition in which no power supply is needed. An upper surface (2a) of a transparent cover body (2) for covering a seedling (1) is provided with an air exchanging portion (3). The air exchanging portion (3) is formed by a valve member (5) and a motion device (6) of the valve member (5), and the valve member (5) opens and closes a port (4) for air exchanging formed in the upper surface (2a) of the cover body (2). The motion device (6) is provided with a shape memory alloy member (6a), which deforms by employing solar energy so as to drive the valve member (5) to move. The shape memory alloy member (6a) is accommodated in a transparent shell (7), which is formed on the upper surface (2a) of the cover body (2) in a vertical manner.
