The method comprises: a stationed place network management system determining a service provider corresponding to an ONU, and adding the service provider identification of the service provider corresponding to the ONU in a communication protocol stack between an OLT and an ONU; the stationed place network management system establishing a first mapping relation and a second mapping relation, wherein the first mapping relation is a mapping relation between the service provider identification and an uplink port group, the second mapping relation is a mapping relation between the service provider identification and the ONU, and the service provider identification is used for distinguishing service provider; and the stationed place network management system, according to the first mapping relation and the second mapping relation, performing data interaction between the service provider and the ONU by use of the communication protocol stack between the OLT and the ONU.
