Embodiment 1

[0029] Embodiment 1 Detection method of the present invention

[0030] The preparation of need testing solution: get about 0.5g of medicinal material powder to be checked (through the No. 3 sieve), accurately weighed, put in a stoppered Erlenmeyer flask, add 10mL of methanol, seal it tightly, weigh, ultrasonic (power 300W, frequency (50kHz) for 30min, let cool, weigh again, make up for the lost weight with methanol, shake well, filter, and take the filtrate to obtain the final product.

[0031] The test solution is injected into the liquid chromatograph, and after detection, the fingerprints of the obtained test product are compared with the control fingerprints. If the similarity is above 0.850, it is anisodamine root.

[0032] The chromatographic conditions are as follows:

[0033] The column is Ultimate AQ C 18 (5μm, 4.6×250mm), the mobile phase is A (acetonitrile) - B (10mmol / L KH 2 PO 4 buffer, with H 3 PO 4 Adjust the pH to 3.0), the concentration of mobile phase A...

[0036] 1 material

[0037] The sources of Anisodora root samples used in the experiment are shown in Table 1. According to the identification of Professor Ma Yuying from the School of Pharmacy, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, they are all roots of Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher, a plant in the family Solanaceae.

Abstract

The invention provides an HPLC fingerprint detection method for anisodus tanguticus roots. In the detection method, fingerprints of all batches of anisodus tanguticus root samples have similarity and the whole features of main peak groups are basically the same; and only peak areas of all components have great difference, relating to factors, namely ecological environments of production places and the like. An experiment shows that a fingerprint technology provided by the invention can comprehensively and roundly judge the quality of medicinal materials, so that the HPLC fingerprint detection method can be used as a means for identification and quality detection of the anisodus tanguticus roots.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an HPLC fingerprint detection method of anisodamine root. Background technique [0002] Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher is a plant of the genus Anisodora in the family Solanaceae. It is a unique plant in China. It is wildly distributed on hillsides and grassy slopes at an altitude of 2800-4200m, and there is still a small amount of cultivation at present. The resources of wild anus polamine in Ganzi Prefecture and Aba Prefecture of Sichuan Province are extremely rich. Tibetan medicine often uses the seeds and roots as medicine. Standards of Tibetan Medicinal Materials, it has the functions of relieving pain and spasm, sedative and convulsion, relieving cough and asthma. Modern research shows that anisodamine root mainly contains scopolane alkaloids, such as anisodamine, anisodamine, scopolamine, atropine, etc., which can regulate autonomic dysfunction, excite circulation and respiratory center, regulate immune function, r...
