Embodiment 1

[0029] Example 1 Detection method of the present invention

[0030] Preparation of the test solution: Take about 0.5g of the medicinal powder to be tested (passed through the No. 3 sieve), accurately weigh it, place it in a stoppered conical flask, add 10 mL of methanol, close the stopper, weigh it, and ultrasound (power 300W, (Frequency 50kHz) 30min, let it cool, and then weigh it, make up the lost weight with methanol, shake well, filter, and take the continuous filtrate to get it.

[0031] Inject the test product solution into the liquid chromatograph, and after detection, the fingerprints of the test product obtained are compared with the control fingerprints, and the similarity is above 0.850, that is, anisodus root.

[0032] The chromatographic conditions are as follows:

[0033] Column is Ultimate AQ C 18 (5μm,4.6×250mm), the mobile phase is A (acetonitrile)-B (10mmol / L KH 2 PO 4 Buffer, use H 3 PO 4 Adjust the pH to 3.0), the concentration of mobile phase A changes as follows:...

[0035] Example 2 Methodological investigation

[0036] 1 material

[0037] The source of the samples of Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher used in the experiment was identified by Professor Ma Yuying, School of Pharmacy, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and they were all the roots of Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher.

Abstract

The invention provides an HPLC fingerprint detection method for anisodus tanguticus roots. In the detection method, fingerprints of all batches of anisodus tanguticus root samples have similarity and the whole features of main peak groups are basically the same; and only peak areas of all components have great difference, relating to factors, namely ecological environments of production places and the like. An experiment shows that a fingerprint technology provided by the invention can comprehensively and roundly judge the quality of medicinal materials, so that the HPLC fingerprint detection method can be used as a means for identification and quality detection of the anisodus tanguticus roots.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an HPLC fingerprint spectrum detection method of anisodus root. Background technique [0002] Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher is a plant of the genus Solanaceae Anisodus tanguticus, which is endemic to China. It is wildly distributed on hillsides and grassy slopes at an altitude of 2 800-4 200m. There is still a small amount of cultivation. The wild scopole resources in Ganzi Prefecture and Aba Prefecture of Sichuan are extremely rich. Tibetan medicine often uses seeds and roots as medicine. The root Tibetan medicine is called "Tang Chong Nabao" or "Tang Chong Nabo", which has been included in the 2014 edition of Sichuan Province "Standard for Tibetan Medicinal Materials" has the effects of relieving pain and spasm, sedation and convulsion, relieving cough and relieving asthma. Modern studies have shown that the root of Anisodus mainly contains anisodamine alkaloids, such as anisodine, anisodamine, scopolamine, atropine, etc.,...
