Abstract

The force platform comprises a stirring head, a working platform, a transverse guide rail, an upper table top of the force platform, a down force sensor, a lower table top of the force platform, a vertical plate, a forward resistance sensor mounting plate, a longitudinal guide rail, a forward resistance sensor and a cushion block, wherein the stirring head is fixed above the working platform; the working platform is arranged on the transverse guide rail by a transverse sliding block; the transverse guide rail is arranged on the upper table top of the force platform of the down force sensor; the vertical plate is arranged at the front end of the lower table top of the force platform; the vertical plate is connected with the forward resistance sensor mounting plate by the longitudinal guide rail provided with a longitudinal sliding block; the vertical plate is connected with the working platform by a stud provided with double nuts. The force platform can be directly applied to the existing friction stirring welding machine tool, and is capable of recording the curve of the change of the down force and the forward resistance along with the welding process during work; the force platform also has a clamping function, so that a workpiece can be conveniently clamped.
