The trolley device comprises a fixing guide rail which is horizontally arranged, a trolley which is glidingly arranged on the fixing guide rail, and a pneumatic assembly which supplies a positive driving force to the trolley to push the trolley to horizontally move, wherein the pneumatic assembly is arranged at one end of the fixing guide rail. The trolley device particularly comprises a hydraulic assembly which provides a reverse driving force to the trolley, and a servo control system which is connected with the pneumatic assembly and the hydraulic assembly; the pneumatic assembly and the hydraulic assembly are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the fixing guide rail; the servo control system is used for controlling the pneumatic assembly and the hydraulic assembly to respectively provide a positive driving force and the negative driving force to the trolley. According to the trolley device, the pneumatic assembly is controlled to provide a constant positive driving force, and the hydraulic assembly is controlled to provide a variable negative driving force; therefore, the combined force of the pneumatic-hydraulic assembly is utilized to generate a positive acceleration to realize the accurate control of a shock wave.
